· Monthly 60 min. Full Body Session via automatic draft for just $45.00 a month.
· Members are required per the membership Agreement to notify My Oasis Spa in writing of any change in credit card or account information on file prior to the next electronic funds transfer. Payment Authorization Forms are available at the front desk from an associate. Members are also required per the membership Agreement to notify My Oasis Spa in writing of any change of address.
· You have the entire term of your membership to use your pre-paid sessions. Any unused massages will expire should you elect not to renew your membership.
· My Oasis Spa membership are non-transferable.
· Pre-paid sessions are non-transferable and my not be used by member’s guest(s) or anyone other than the named member.
· All membership offerings are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your monthly dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.
· My Oasis Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or items. We strongly encourage our members and guests to keep their valuables on them or in their vehicle out of plain view.
· My Oasis Spa reserves the right to change rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.
· Your agree to follow My Oasis Spa rules and regulations. We have the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason.
